### Describe the issue

- In either Claude desktop app (Mac) or a claude browser session, to to Customize -> Connectors
- Search (or browse) for, then select, Square, click "Connect"
- User is taken straight to Square permissions page with no login prompt (even when not logged in to Square; in incognito / fresh browser)
- First click on Grant Access: nothing happens
- Second click: "Invalid approval request"
- Reproduced across Claude app, claude.com, and incognito browser

### Expected behavior

Clicking connect should route user to square authentication, then present user with screen to authorize claude, then when user clicks "Grant access" permissions, and user, should be routed back to claude
