### Describe the issue

Trying to connect Zoho CRM MCP to Claude. The connection failed authentication. Looking further into this, i saw that the datacenter used for the connection request is Europe and not US. I did connect also Zoho Desk and it asked me for the data center choice. That was not the case for CRM.
