Currently using this SDK to for Claude Agent Integration in VS Code
We currently support additional directories in a Chat Session via the additional directories feature
Skills/Custom agents from each additional directory is loaded as expected
Support for instructions/rules is also supported via the env variable CLAUDE_CODE_ADDITIONAL_DIRECTORIES_CLAUDE_MD as per https://code.claude.com/docs/en/skills#skills-from-additional-directories
**Feature Request:**
Would like support for MCP servers and Hooks from each Additional directory
