Docs aren't updated with releases

Since the project isn't open source, we have to rely on the anthropic api docs at https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/agent-sdk/typescript but these don't align with recent releases or at least as far as I can tell aren't programmatically updated with the release. So when I look through the daily release notes it's hard to figure out more details on the newest updates or the current state of the library.
