ProTable 边距逻辑破坏性调整导致大面积列表样式异常

这种是不是应该将错就错，这次 merge 改动影响很大，为啥能被合并呢，大面积的列表在没有配置这些可能项的时候边距都消失了，如果没有 lock 版本的情况，比如 tech-ui

Start at the ProTable implementation and inspect the margin logic change discussed in issue #8635. Reproduce the reported case without the optional configuration, then trace the affected list styling. Done means list margins remain present for configurations that omit those options, including the reported tech-ui case.
