### 🥰 需求描述

I would like to request the addition of the Dutch (Belgium) translation to the Ant Design Pro Components. This will enhance the usability of the library for Dutch-speaking users in Belgium.

### ⛰ 功能需求适用场景

This translation will be particularly useful for applications that are targeted at Dutch-speaking users in Belgium, ensuring better user experience and accessibility. In my case, I am developing a hotel-B&B reservation form that will be used primarily by users in Belgium, making this translation essential.

### 🧐 解决方案

A possible solution would be to add a nl-BE locale file with the necessary translations and ensure it is properly integrated into the localization system of Ant Design Pro Components. Ant Design itself already has a nl-BE translation, but the Pro components do not yet support this locale.

Research direction

Start by locating the existing Ant Design Pro Components localization files and comparing them with Ant Design’s nl-BE translation. Add the Dutch (Belgium) locale file and integrate it into the localization system; done means applications can select nl-BE and receive the translated Pro component text.
