把scroll的y值去掉之后点刷新表头就不会闪烁了

Open the linked CodeSandbox and start with App.tsx, where the DragSortTable reproduction is shown; use index.html only as needed to run it. Reproduce the refresh with scroll.y set, then compare it with the version where scroll.y is removed. Done means refreshing the data no longer makes the table header flicker.
