Suggested version of library to be determined from Ansys installation and meta package

### Description

For the library pyprimemesh there is a 1:1 version compatibility between client and server.

If the app can make use of the installed Ansys versions to determine the correct client either through the requirements file in the Ansys installation (AWP_ROOT/meshing/requirement.txt) of the server or using AWP_ROOT and this information from the meta package to suggest the appropriate version of the library to install.
