Named selections are converted to lowercase letters

### 🐞 Description of the bug

Any Named selection that is defined in spaceclaim/Discovery is converted to lowercase in prime server.

### 📝 Steps to reproduce

open any .scdoc/.dsco file that contains named selection with capital letters.
