Add the option to use scripting APIs developed in version N in pymechanical version

Start with the reference implementation in the future branch, then inspect pymechanical’s DLL packaging, CI/CD build configuration, and client entry points for embedded and remote sessions. Confirm how the assembly is copied and loaded in each mode, and review pythonnet issue #55 for the embedded-session limitation. Done means the future DLL is built and included for both session types.
