No interactive graphics in PyMechanical

### Description of the bug

No interactive graphics show up when running a PyMechanical example in Jupyter notebook and Spyder. The graphics only works if python file is run via console.

Issues configuring PyVista graphics. Installing or upgrading PyVista packages is not working.

### Steps To Reproduce

I do not see any graphics in Jupyter notebook when app.plot() is run at line 92 in the attached example.
