Unknown error while reading the rst file via "pymapdl_reader.read_binary"

### 🐞 Description of the bug

I use "self.results = pymapdl_reader.read_binary(_rstFile)" to read one of my rst file. The error message is Process finished with exit code -1073740791 (0xC0000409). Then I debug the code, the message given is " longint = struct.pack(">I", inth) + struct.pack(">I", intl)
struct.error: required argument is not an integer
"
As the rst file can be open by both ansys workbench and Hyperview, I think there is no problem on the rst file, but the pyansys package. Is there any help? Thank you in advance.

results = pymapdl_reader.read_binary("job.rst") to open my job.rst result file. Please leave your email, if you need the "job.rst" file.
