### 🐞 Description of the bug

when submit a fluent job with the latest versions 0.371 it is neccessary to specify "insecure_mode = True", otherwise you will receive an error message:
"ValueError: To launch Fluent in Slurm environment, set `certificates_folder`."

All pyfluent scripts need to be adjusted due to this change...

Therefore, why is this option not set to true by default if I don´t specify a "certificates_folder" or a valid default "certificate" folder is set?
In old versions these arguments are not available and also raise an errror message...

### 📝 Steps to reproduce

```py
import ansys.fluent.core as pyfluent
from ansys.fluent.core import Dimension
from ansys.fluent.core import UIMode
slurm_gpu_queue = "quadl40"
slurm_gpu_num = 4
maxtime=7200
scheduler_options = {
"scheduler": "slurm",
"scheduler_queue": slurm_gpu_queue,
}
solver = pyfluent.launch_fluent(
precision='double',
processor_count=slurm_gpu_num,
mode="solver",
ui_mode=UIMode.GUI.value,
product_version="26.1.0",
additional_arguments="-scheduler_workdir=./working_dir",
py=True,
gpu=True,
cleanup_on_exit = False,
scheduler_options=scheduler_options,
dimension=Dimension.THREE.value,
start_timeout=maxtime,
).result(timeout=maxtime)
```

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with the provided launch_fluent call, focusing on scheduler_options for the Slurm environment and the certificates_folder and insecure_mode arguments. Trace where the ValueError is raised and review the affected pyfluent scripts; done means the intended default behavior is defined and Slurm jobs no longer fail solely because insecure_mode or a certificate folder was omitted.
