Bug located in ... pyfluent-parametric

### 🐞 Description of the bug

Hi, I always have this issue when I try to install pyfluent-parametric. This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

ERROR: Failed building wheel for pandas
Failed to build pandas
ERROR: ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (pandas)

Even if I try to install PyFluent-Parametric with Ansys Python Manager. ther is no option to install Parametric although in List installed packages there is ansys-fluent-parametric. What can I do? Can some one help me step by step. I really need this.
