[MAINTENANCE] Missing or outdated ``ansys/actions/release-pypi-public`` action in ansys/pyensight

The ``ansys/actions/release-pypi-public`` action is not enabled in one of your workflow files or is not using trusted publishers. See [here](https://actions.docs.ansys.com/version/8.1/migrations/release-pypi-trusted-publisher.html) for information on how to implement the action with trusted publishers.

Please note that the trusted publisher approach with the ``ansys/actions/release-pypi-public`` action is only for versions 6.0 to 8.1. If you are using ansys actions version 8.2 or later, you should implement the [``pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish``](https://actions.docs.ansys.com/version/stable/migrations/release-pypi-trusted-publisher.html) action instead.
