pyedb cli is not available

pyedb cli is not available.
can only run'pyaedt edb' can not run'pyedb'

### Steps To Reproduce

open cmd.exe. input `pyedb` got an no pyedb error

3.10

### Installed packages

pyedb
pyaedt
ansys-edb-core
