SweepData does not output all frequency data within the sweep

### Description of the bug

SweepData.frequency_data and SweepData.frequency_string only return the first frequency subrange. Any additional subranges are not returned.

For example, if 'Sweep 1' has 2 subranges (subrange 1: LIN 0Hz 1GHz 0.05GHz, subrange 2: LIN 1GHz 4GHz 0.1GHz), frequency_data and frequency_string only display subrange 1.

2. access simulation setups (edb.simulation_setups.setups)
3. access sweeps (edb.simulation_setups.setups.sweeps)
4. access frequency data or frequency_string property (edb.simulation_setups.setups.sweeps.frequency_data)
