Some links are not correctly parsed and result in missing links.

``file``: ``POST26`` section consists in a link but it doesn't exist in ``link_map``.

Start by tracing how the ``POST26`` section is parsed and why its link is absent from ``link_map``. Reproduce the missing-link behavior on Python 3.9 and Windows if possible; done means the section's link is correctly represented in ``link_map`` and the missing link no longer occurs.
