Consolidate files and folders for E-Machines

### 📝 Description of the feature

The folder /pyaedt/ has many folders that contain project examples for electric machines. These in include the folders
- ``/electric_machines/``
- ``/maxwell_ctl_program/``

and many others. The project files belonging to electric machines should all be put into a single folder. In the interim, the PyAEDT examples need to be updated as well.

### 💡 Steps for implementing the feature

Move all E-machine examples into a single folder.
Update all examples so they download files from the correct location.
There will have to be an intermediate state where the same files are saved in both locations to avoid breaking the PyAEDT examples.
