### Feature Summary

There are multiple files in the /docs folder but no docsite to publish them for users :-)

### Steps to reproduce

none

### Current results

All docs must be read from githhub source

### Sugested feature result

Docs will be visible from a link on https://docs.ansible.com/ecosystem.html.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the /docs folder and the requirements for publishing it on Read the Docs as an Ansible ecosystem project. Confirm how the published site should be linked from https://docs.ansible.com/ecosystem.html; done means users can reach the rendered documentation there instead of reading the GitHub source.
