Change the location of the eda-ui

Since we use twistlock we cant pull the eda-ui from quay. Is it possible to make a change to image location or I guess worst case just disable the UI so it does not try and deploy with the operator?

Inspect the operator configuration and deployment path that selects and deploys the eda-ui image. Determine whether the image location can be changed for Twistlock compatibility or whether the UI can be disabled, then verify the resulting operator deployment no longer attempts to pull the unavailable image.
