Apart from the currently provided version being critically vulnerable https://github.com/ansible/awx-operator/issues/1730, the image is also deprecated and will become inaccessible soon - more details in https://github.com/kubernetes/k8s.io/issues/2647

Search the repository for gcr.io/kubebuilder/kube-rbac-proxy and inspect the Kubernetes manifests that reference it. Identify a supported replacement, update the image reference, and verify that the repository no longer uses the deprecated and vulnerable image.
