Mitogen along with Podman and ansible getting stuck in waiting for container creating

When I enable mitogen in molecule.cfg

. It gets stuck in container creating. But when I disable mitogen it works. The following versions are installed

Not sure how to debug this issue

Start with the reported molecule.yml and the commented mitogen settings in molecule.cfg, then reproduce the RHEL9 Podman scenario with mitogen enabled and disabled. Compare the container-creation logs and installed Ansible, Molecule, molecule-plugins, and Mitogen versions; done means the cause is identified and container creation completes reliably with the supported configuration.
