Description
Hello,
the documentation for the vagrant/libvirt provider does not state anywhere that the vagrant-libvirt plugin must be installed on a global level for it to work. If the plugin is not installed, vagrant will always fall back to virtualbox no matter the config in `molecule.yml`.
Please add this information to the README.
