Feature Request - Module for Creating Vapps

##### SUMMARY

Add a module that allows creating vApps in vsphere.
My team and I are using vapps to manage a cluster of vms, and defining their startup and shutdown order. We use this collection to create the vms and want to use it to also create the vApps and move the vms into it.
