Description

##### SUMMARY
`gcp_storage_object` does not allow to set a specific permission for an object. When using fine-grained controls on a bucket, it would be useful to authorize that. Also, content-type cannot be specified either.

Research direction

The payload names no file or test; start by locating the gcp_storage_object implementation and its Google Cloud Storage API entry point. Verify how object-level ACLs and content type are represented, then confirm that focused tests cover setting both options.
