Documents autorisés pour les documents non structurés en FHIR

## Description du problème

La ressource binary permet de base l'ensemble des mediatype possible. En CDA R2 N1, les mediatypes autorisés sont limités à text et pdf.

## Solution proposée

- Créer un profil binary spécifique qui contient le document non structuré
- Créer un JDV qui contient que deux valeurs pdf et text (termino https://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem-v3-mediaType.html)
- imposer que les documents non structurés soient uniquement au format text et pdf
