JDV existant sur ontoserver: https://r4.ontoserver.csiro.au/fhir/ValueSet?url=https://mos.esante.gouv.fr/NOS/JDV_J145-MethodBodyWeight-ENS/FHIR/JDV-J145-MethodBodyWeight-ENS

Résultat:
Même erreur, il n'arrive pas à trouver le JDV car l'url n'est pas accessible.

Proposition:
- Créer un IG NOS, utiliser comme base url https://interop.esante.gouv.fr/ig/nos/, utiliser les outils d'HL7 (IG Publisher) pour rendre accessible les URLs sous forme de HTTP GET et sous forme d'interface graphique
