Using OpenCode Zen free models (tried Muse Spark 1.3 Free, then MiMo V2.5 Free after waiting and other free models too).
Getting:

- Use a free Zen model until quota is hit
- Wait for the stated retry window
- Retry with either same model still blocked or switch models and hit the same error with a longer countdown
