OpenCode Go weekly quota blocked at ~$12 vs advertised $30 — restore quota and compensate

Hello OpenCode Support,

I am a paying OpenCode Go subscriber and my account has now been blocked by the WEEKLY usage limit while the Usage dashboard shows only about $12 of model usage.

Your current Go documentation states:

• $12 / 5 hours
• $30 / week
• $60 / month

So being blocked at roughly $12 instead of the advertised $30 weekly allowance is not acceptable.

I also confirmed that switching models does not solve the problem. After hitting the limit with Kimi K3, other Go models immediately inherited the same restriction/reset window.

This makes the advertised model variety largely meaningless if one model can effectively lock the entire Go subscription.

More importantly, this is an absurd and user-hostile quota design for a coding subscription. Among the other coding providers I use, I have not encountered a setup where normal heavy development can effectively consume or lock a weekly allowance in a single day while the advertised weekly dollar allowance is still largely unused.

The practical result is that a user pays for a weekly/monthly service but can be prevented from using it for several days. That is unnecessarily restrictive and seriously damages trust in the product and its published limits.

Similar quota/accounting problems have also been reported publicly in OpenCode GitHub issues.

Please provide:

1. The exact usage amount that triggered my weekly limit.
2. The actual formula used for 5-hour, weekly and monthly Go limits.
3. An explanation of why I was blocked at approximately $12 visible usage instead of the advertised $30/week.
4. Immediate restoration of the unused weekly allowance.
5. Correction of any incorrectly consumed quota.

Because this issue interrupted paid development work, simply restoring incorrectly consumed quota is not sufficient compensation.

I am requesting either:

• one additional month of OpenCode Go free of charge, or
• $30–$60 of OpenCode Console credit.

Please do not respond by suggesting that I enable pay-as-you-go balance. The issue is the incorrect or misleading enforcement of the paid Go allowance itself.

If your real quota algorithm differs from the published $12 / $30 / $60 limits, please say so explicitly and correct the documentation.
