Describe the enhancement you want to request
Add SCVD General Store to the ecosystem page's Projects table as a skill-and-MCP integration for x402 endpoint preflight and signed-receipt checks. It reuses portable skills and a remote MCP server; no OpenCode runtime changes are proposed.
OpenCode CLI 1.18.31 discovered both skills and connected both MCP servers. A native ChatGPT OAuth run loaded scvd-x402-verification and called the free preflight_endpoint for example.com, returning the expected not_ready / L1. No payment or Tab operations were tested. Reproducible setup in the community submission. Public service: https://scvd.store.
