New OpenCode Console fails to load workspace budget, inference attempt also says Free usage exceeded despite not using any free models in the past 24 hours

Not sure if the two issues are related, but I've never used any free models in the past 24 hours to fire a "Free usage exceeded, Subscribe to Go" notification right on my first inference request of the day

Model is MiMo V2.5 Free, which from my last check, is still available

Could it be the Monthly workspace budget and Monthly default user budget bugging out that's causing this unusual behavior?

Steps to reproduce

1. Try chatting with MiMo V2.5 Free
2. See a paywall right away despite not chatting with a free model in the last 24 hours

3. Check the new OpenCode Console, Members tab https://opencode.ai/console/wrk_{workspace_id}/members
4. See Monthly workspace budget and Monthly default user budget bug out

No source files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the first inference with MiMo V2.5 Free on OpenCode 1.18.21, then check the Console Members tab for the workspace budget values. Done means valid free-model usage is accepted and the Monthly workspace budget and Monthly default user budget load correctly.
