Description

Feature hasn't been suggested before.
  • I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.
Describe the enhancement you want to request

OpenCode V2 should support Vite+ (vp) as an installation method.

Vite+ stores global packages separately from npm and pnpm. OpenCode therefore cannot detect, upgrade, or uninstall an installation created with vp install -g @opencode/cli.

Add vp to the supported methods, use Vite+'s global store for detection and lifecycle commands, handle package-name migration, and document installation and upgrades.

Current behavior when OpenCode is installed with Vite+ and /update is selected: the updater reports “Installation method not found” because it does not recognize Vite+ as the installation method.
