Feature hasn't been suggested before.

Describe the enhancement you want to request
The Plugins table has no voice-input entry. Requesting a row for my
plugin: local speech-to-text for the TUI (whisper.cpp + open-weight
GGUF models), V2-compatible, verified on 2.0.6.
