环境:
- OpenCode Desktop: 1.18.30
- OS: Windows
问题:
所有skill（包括内置的bi、feishu等）都无法加载，返回错误：
"All fibers interrupted without error"
复现步骤:
- 调用 skill(name: "bi") 或任何其他skill
- 观察错误
已验证:
- skill文件格式正确（符合文档要求）
- 文件编码UTF-8
- permission配置已添加
- 问题与skill文件无关（内置skill也失败）
