Description
When I install the OpenCode AppImage using AppManager, the AppImage runs successfully, and a .desktop file is created, but OpenCode does not appear in the system's Applications menu.
I expect OpenCode to appear in the Applications menu with its name and icon.

- Download the OpenCode AppImage.
- Install it using AppManager.
- Launch the AppImage to confirm that it runs successfully.
- Open the system's Applications menu.
- Search for OpenCode.
