Description
When using opencode2 web in a small viewport, the file/skill/command selector doesn't resize properly.
Now, it could be said that there is a minimum viewport size decision here that's not really explicit by looking at the interface alone.

Steps to reproduce
- open web interface
- use a small viewport (open terminal at the bottom and make terminal as large as you can) in a small device (or using zoom)
- tool selector will not resize properly
