unable to use zen subscription: unexpected server error

Description

Today I am completely unable to use OpenCode on my laptop. It used to work perfectly until today; I don't know why today it is no longer working. I am unable to use my OpenCode Zen subscription.

I keep getting "unespected server error".

I used opencode --log-level DEBUG --print-logs and I captured the logs:

I even tried removing my ~/.local/share/opencode/ and ~/.config/opencode/ folders, but the error persists.
