Research direction
No file or test is named. Reproduce the report with OpenCode 0.0.0-beta-19289, Ubuntu 24.04, and a legacy Copilot plan, then compare the request behavior with OpenCode 1; done means a single prompt no longer unexpectedly exhausts the monthly request quota or leads to the reported 429.
