Description

Description

The Anthropic provider documentation is inconsistent with the authentication methods currently available after #18186 / OpenCode 1.3.0.

The English documentation still says users can select Claude Pro/Max, although the example only shows Manually enter API Key.

The Spanish documentation is further out of date and still lists Claude Pro/Max, Create an API Key, and Manually enter API Key.

The documentation should match the currently supported Anthropic authentication methods.
