Description
Azure Foundry recently added support for GPT-6 Astra deployments (https://ai.azure.com/catalog/models/gpt-6-astra), but these do not show up in opencode when using the Azure Foundry provider despite GPT-6 support seemingly being available in the latest version

- Other models show up in the model selector, but GPT-6 Astra does not
