[Go] “Allow models that train on request data” toggle reverts to off

Bug description

I’m unable to enable the OpenCode Go provider setting:

Allow models that train on request data

When I activate the toggle, it immediately switches back to disabled. The setting does not persist.

My OpenCode Go subscription is active.

The issue reproduces across multiple environments:

• OpenCode web app in a normal browser window
• OpenCode web app in an incognito/private window
• OpenCode on mobile
• Same account on a different device. Account based in India

Because the setting reverts on both desktop and mobile, this appears to be an account-, workspace-, or server-side persistence issue rather than a browser-cache or extension issue.

No visible error message is displayed when the toggle reverts.

Steps to reproduce

1. Sign in to an account with an active OpenCode Go subscription.
2. Open the Go settings page.
3. Scroll to the Providers section.
4. Enable “Allow models that train on request data.”
5. Observe that the toggle immediately switches back off.
6. Repeat in an incognito/private browser window.
7. Repeat on mobile using the same account.
8. Observe the same behaviour in all environments.
