Description

Description

On OpenCode Desktop 1.18.29 (Electron, Windows), when a plain local folder (non-git, non-managed) is opened as the project, the project cannot be renamed, and changing the project icon color does not update the icon shown in the sidebar / conversation title bar. Renaming is a silent no-op (no error, no persistence).

OpenCode version

OpenCode Desktop 1.18.29 (Electron, Windows 11, UI zh-CN)

Steps to reproduce

1.Open a plain/local (non-git) folder as the project in Desktop.
2.Rename the project via the sidebar inline editor.
3.Change the project icon color.
4.Observe name/icon never change; workspace:project in opencode.workspace.*.dat never gains a name.
