Description

Description

Desktop Settings → General → "Auto-accept permissions" can show ON while tool calls still prompt. The toggle does not drive runtime auto-accept.

Plugins

none required

OpenCode version

reproduced on Desktop 1.18.4; still relevant if the Settings toggle is separate from session permission state

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open OpenCode Desktop.
  2. Settings → General → turn Auto-accept permissions ON.
