Description
When I reopened yesterday's conversation, the previously clear questions and answers became very chaotic, seemingly displaying something beyond the questions themselves, which caused a rendering error. I had try other agents such like Codex, Claude, .. they both have no this issue. I had try open the same chat session in OpenCode Windows Desktop App also no this issue.
