Have recently been getting the following issue quite frequently:
Opencode failed to send message with error: Unsupported file type: 'data'. Supported: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, MD, HTML, and video (.mp4, .webm, .mov, .avi, .mkv).
I've never had this issue before, and now it's coming with even the most basic tool calls such as "Find Files".
This is severely impacting my productivity.
