Problem
在 opencode.jsonc 中修改配置（如添加/修改 Agent、Skill、MCP Server 或 Provider 配置）后，Server 需要重启才能生效。
Proposed Solution
希望 Desktop 应用增加一个功能（例如在 Settings 菜单中增加一个按钮，或通过 UI 中的某个操作入口），用于重启当前连接的 WSL sidecar 服务器。
