Description
Feature hasn't been suggested before.
- I have verified this feature I'm about to request hasn't been suggested before.
Describe the enhancement you want to request
Please let V2 plugins register new named agents/subagents, ideally with AgentDraft.add(...) in both the Promise and Effect APIs.
The current dev contract lets plugins add skills and commands, but AgentDraft only exposes list, get, default, update, and remove. That means a profile-scoped plugin cannot ship a complete workflow catalogue without also writing agent files into the user's config or project.
It'd also help to document the first released CLI channel/version that loads V2 default-export plugins from the global config plugin directory. Stable 1.18.23 and the current beta still load the V1 function-plugin shape in our live tests.
The outcome we're after is simple: one global plugin can add skills, slash commands, named subagents, and lifecycle hooks without copying catalogue files into customer repos.
