Markdown file shows serif Chinese fonts (宋体/SimSun) despite System Sans configured.
The right-side markdown preview panel uses serif fonts (looks like 宋体/SimSun) for Chinese text, even though "System Sans" is set as UI font and "System Mono" as code font. Western text also appears serif. The panel should respect the configured font settings.
