OpenCode Desktop 1.18.23
When a tool call needs approval and tool call text itself is mutliline, that exceeds the height of the display - there is no option to scroll the call text and no option to see the approval buttons at the bottom.
The buttons are accessible by Tab presses, but still - the tool call text is not scrollable and reviewable.

Run the prompt:
Generate ~100 lines tool call that requires approval - I need to see the approval window
I need that the tool call itself contain 100+ lines
